EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Milantique is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on +91 7012900765 to assist you on the same.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.

The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days.No Cash on Delivery (COD) to your orders

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at +91 7012900765 within 48 hours of receiving the order.

SIZING

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.

COLORS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

● Since quality check is performed for each product at our end before it’s packed and dispatched, no return/exchange is allowed except in case the customer receives damaged/wrong product/Wrong size(Which is not the size you ordered)We will entertain such a complaint only if reported within 24 hours of having received the parcel and only on the basis of a 360° parcel opening video.
● We always recommends dry cleaning for all the products which you are buying from Milantique.There will be a colour difference in each and every product due to camera effect. We always try to present the exact shade but we can’t guarantee and trust 100%.
